Service Description
Our School Readiness Program is designed for children aged 3.5 to 5 years who are preparing to take their next big step into kindergarten. With a maximum of 4 children per session, we offer a personalised and supportive environment that builds confidence, independence, and foundational skills through hands-on learning and play.
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the session: No fee • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session: $45 fee • Cancellations on the day of the session: No refund, but a full credit may be issued at The Learning Lab's discretion. • No show: $65 fee • Excursion cancellations: Refunds are subject to venue policies. Late Payment Policy • Payments not received by the due date will result in a $15 late fee • Continued non-payment may result in withdrawal from The Learning Lab until payment is made.
