Refund Policy

General Refund Policy

At The Learning Lab, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. While we aim to be as flexible as possible, our refund policy ensures fairness and consistency for all enrolled families.

Enrolment Fee Refunds

• The $50 enrolment fee is non-refundable as it covers administrative and processing costs.

Session Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 12 hours before a session: No fee

• Cancellations made within 12 hours of a session: 50% credit toward a future session

• Cancellations on the day of a session/No show: No refund or credit

Missed Sessions

• No refunds will be provided for missed sessions.

​

Program Cancellations by The Learning Lab

• If The Learning Lab must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, families will receive:​

  • A full credit toward a future session.

• ​

Payment Adjustments & Transfers

• Payments for booked sessions cannot be transferred to another family.

• If a child is unable to continue for an extended period (e.g., medical reasons), refunds or credits will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Changes to Refund Policy

• The Learning Lab reserves the right to update this refund policy when necessary.

• Families will be notified of any changes in advance.
